Returns

In the unlikely event that the item(s) received are not what you expected, you are able to return them to us in an unused and unsoiled condition. Goods must be in their original packaging, and you must return them within 14 days of receipt. Please enclose a copy of the invoice/packing slip, which you should have received with your order.

Please be aware, we can only exchange / refund goods, if they are unused/unopened and in their original packaging. Any seals or shrink-wrapping must be intact and shoes, clothing, and accessories must have labels or tags attached. If either the goods or the packaging is not in a re-saleable condition, we may decline your exchange / refund request

Exchanges

Exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receipt of the goods to Cambridge GC Ltd, (all exchanges are subject to stock availability). Should your exchange goods be more expensive than your original order, you will have to pay the difference to us. We will refund you any difference if the goods you require are cheaper than your original order. The returned item(s) must be sent to us (at your expense), although we shall send any replacements to you free of delivery charge. Any item(s) returned to us will remain your responsibility until we receive them. We will send replacement item(s) to your original postal address, unless an alternative shipping address is provided.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and an email will be sent to confirm when this has been done. Refunds will normally be processed within 7 days but can take longer. It is your responsibility to return the original item(s) to us at your expense. All item(s) remain your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves

Faulty Goods

On receipt of goods, if item(s) appear to be damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement free of charge. Faulty/damaged goods shall need to be returned to us prior to us sending you a replacement. You shall need to notify us of any damage/ fault to your goods via e-mail within 2 days of receipt. Should we be out of stock of the faulty/damaged goods, we shall offer an alternative if appropriate. If there is no appropriate alternative, we shall offer you a full refund.

Warranty is up to a period of a year. If the goods become faulty through defective material, or poor workmanship, but not normal wear and tear, they should be returned to us for our inspection immediately. It is possible that the faulty item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection, which could take up to 28 days. In the event of faulty goods needing to be returned to us, please ensure the goods are suitably packed and that you enclose a copy of the original invoice/packing slip. If faulty footwear is being returned, please ensure that they have been cleaned to a reasonable condition, as we are unable to process dirty products for Health & Safety reasons. The cost of returning goods to be repaired or replaced under warranty is not covered by the warranty, you must therefore meet the return costs. We will send out any repaired / replaced goods free of any delivery charge.

We cannot process any type of return without a copy of the original invoice/packing slip. Failure to provide the required information may cause delays in dealing with your return. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
