Upon booking a tuition session with us, we do require a deposit prior to your booking being confirmed. Until your deposit is received, your booking will NOT be confirmed with us.
A deposit of £20 per person will be requested per person for your booking. Bookings for 16 people or above, a deposit of £10 per person will be required.
Should you have a voucher for your session (E.g. Taster session voucher / Hourly lesson voucher), a deposit will still be required, as per above. We shall refund any monies due to you after your session has been completed.
Ideally, numbers will be confirmed prior to your booking, however, should attendee numbers change following your initial booking, please inform us of this at your earliest convenience.
If we are notified of a decrease in numbers with a minimum of 5 days’ notice prior to your booking date, the deposit for these people will be returned.
If we are notified of a decrease in numbers with less than 5 days’ notice unfortunately we cannot return your deposit for these people.
Deposit payments can be made in the following ways;
- On site, using cash or card
- Over the phone with a card
- BACS / Online transfer (Preferred)
If you are paying via BACS / Online transfer, our details are as follows (Please put the name as per your booking, as the payment reference so we can easily identify your payment.

Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the following conditions apply;
- Notification of cancellation 5 days or more prior to your appointment – deposit returned in full.
- Notification of cancellation less than 5 days prior to your appointment – deposit non-refundable.
Please be aware that the above still applies if you cancel & rebook for another date.
Unreturned Safety Equipment
Any unreturned safety equipment will be charged. Safety glasses are charged at £5 per pair & Ear Defenders are charged at £10 per pair.
